What you share
When you subscribe, we collect your email address, selected track and the time and wording of your consent. You do not need to share details about your relationship.
How we use it
The 90-Day Protocol uses this information to send practical guidance and book updates from Dexter Montgomery. Resend stores and processes the subscription information for us. We do not sell the email list.
Your choices
Signing up is optional. The First 72 Hours and Second Act checklists are available without an email address. The 7-Day Reset is delivered after signup, along with five short follow-up emails and book updates. Each marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribed addresses remain suppressed so a repeated form submission does not add them back.
Checklist access
After a successful 7-Day Reset signup, a necessary access cookie lets this browser reopen the PDF for 30 days. The cookie contains an expiring access token, not your email address. The email also includes the PDF as an attachment and an expiring download link. Keep the attachment for ongoing access.
Website requests
Our hosting provider processes ordinary request information to deliver the site and help prevent abuse. The signup service uses limited request information for spam prevention. It does not ask for your name or sensitive personal history.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand website visits, traffic sources, checklist download clicks, Amazon book-link clicks, and completed email signups. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes device and browsing information. Our custom analytics events do not include your email address or the contents of signup fields. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our site tag. Amazon clicks do not confirm purchases.
You can control cookies in your browser or use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking analytics does not prevent you from using the checklists or signup forms.
